Snoring and
Sleepless Night Factor in to Sinking Sexual Health
It is not a news
flash that snoring is extremely annoying, especially to the one who lies there
awake wondering if it will ever stop. Snoring disrupts sleep and when you are
not rested, the desire to have sex is next to zero. Worse still, is that your
chances of having sex diminish greatly when your partner gets up in the middle
of the night and moves to another room in the house. They may even pick a room
that is as far as possible away from you. The primary cause
of snoring is from breathing through your mouth instead of your nose. When you
do, this air connects with the back of your throat, which then sends out
vibrations. Those who have sleep apnea are often mouth breathers, but they also
have other medical issues contributing to snoring. When a person with sleep

air. There are studies

do not. Is it simply because of the snoring or the sheer fatigue that comes
from being kept awake all night? Of course, if you are tired, then there is a
high probability that you are also bickering with one another because little
things will be irritating you. That will only add to the desire not to be
intimate. What are some
